

Rosanna M. Durruthy is a lifelong student of the human capacity for personal growth and development. As a professional, her experience in coaching, mentoring and talent strategy has countered the systemic barriers that inhibit the performance and progression of talented individuals in competitive organizations.
From not-for-profit to corporate, she has worked with high performing teams to attract and retain talent and to develop the competencies that result in diverse and inclusive environments. Her leadership responsibilities have included strategy, design and program implementation in global talent management, leadership development, human resource systems and diversity. Her assignments with industry leading, global Fortune 500 companies including Vivendi Universal, Viacom, Merrill Lynch and Citibank have given her a results focused understanding of the different working styles and cultures of evolving companies.
A proven record of success in influencing and leading multicultural work teams, developing talent and mentoring was recognized in 2002, when Rosanna was named to Hispanic Magazine's annual listing of 100 Successful Women and Hispanic Business honored her on their roster of 80 Elite Women.
Proud to be a product of New York City, she has attended Harvard and Marymount Colleges and is a member of several professional organizations. She is on the board of directors of Lambda Legal and resides with her partner in Hoboken, New Jersey.
