Rosanna is founder, CEO and Chief Talent Strategist of ÆQUUS Group, LLC. As an executive coach, and organizational consultant, she strategically leverages emotional intelligence, social network analysis (SNA) and inclusive talent practices to develop leaders and engage employees. Rosanna is a thought leader and advocate of human capital practices that deliver trust-based ecosystems, and empowered employees who leverage social capital, exchange knowledge, and innovate from diverse perspectives.

Rosanna’s clients include emerging executives, and business & employee resource group leaders in advertising and media, consumer goods, financial services, insurance, and telecommunications industries. She provides a systems oriented perspective to deliver cross-cultural capability that elevates performance. This approach to leader development and network management is known as Talent Alchemy™

Prior to founding AEQUUS Group, Rosanna was the chief diversity officer and head of global human resources technology for Vivendi Universal. Prior to Vivendi Universal, her career included roles as vice president, human resources development at Blockbuster, and vice president, diversity recruiting at Merrill Lynch. Rosanna began her corporate career with Citibank, where she held numerous roles within consumer bank human resources. Her conference presentations include the 6th Emotional Intelligence World Summit, Brokering Change: a Wall Street Multicultural Women’s Exchange, and the Forté MBA Women’s conference. Rosanna attended Harvard College, and presently serves as a National Director for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, and Board Member of the Drum Major Institute for Public Policy. In 2002, Hispanic and Hispanic Business magazines named her one of the country’s leading Hispanic women.
