Our coaching process includes self-assessment, multi-rater feedback, cultural assessment and personal network analysis.

Ranging from 3 months to one year, clients build self and environmental awareness, engage in real-time exercises that develop agility to readily see opportunities and deliver empowered performance.

We are certified in various performance, communications and leadership assessment instruments including the Center for Creative Leadership Benchmarks® 360, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and others.
